Return Policy

All items excluding clearance, and specialty ordered items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. 

How to Initiate a Refund: 

  1. Email us at support@chadandleo.com detailing the reason for your return and your order number.
  2. Package the Items. (Note: All Items must be returned in the condition they were received with original tags and packaging.)
  3. Buyer pays return shipping.
  4. Refunds will be issued upon receiving the return package, and inspection of returned item(s) condition. 
  5. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Shipping Methods:

All of our shipping is done through USPS First Class mail service, or UPS Ground. All of our orders come with tracking information to follow shipping of your package from start to finish! Handling time for our orders is up to 5 full business daysand shipping in the US ranges from 3-5 Business Days. International orders are delivered in 14-21 Days. If you need an item in a hurry please don't hesitate to reach out! We know sometimes things come down to the last minute and will do our best to accommodate rush requests.  There is nothing more disappointing than seeing your favorite item is out of stock! Most items will restock in 1-2 weeks outside of some holiday exclusive wear. If there is a specific item you want to check the restocking details for please reach out to us at bargainbabiesboutique@gmail.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours or less!

What sizes do you carry?

We carry sizes Newborn through 7T. If you are looking for a specific item in a larger size sometimes they can be special ordered! Just reach out to us on the contact tab and we will get back to you within 24 hours!
